This propably The Best horror film i have seen in 2015. The story of the movie is absolutely spine-chilling and creepy.

What's the story  about?

So the story is about this boy Charlie who is in a high school play called "The Gallows" and in the premiere night, one of the main characters (Reese's) father backs out from the play so Charlie's character is being changed from the  Hangman to the character who is being sentenced to death. But then this accident happens so Charlie is being hanged for real which causes his death and his soul being trapped in the school's theater (creepy right??). So Reese's crush Pfeifer convinces him to be in the lead of the play The Gallows and a day before the premiere night he starts to have second thoughts so Ryan and Cassidy sneak into the school and starts to break the set which would cause the play getting cancelled. But then the teens hear a noise and they stumble upon Pfeifer whom wonders what are they doing there. Ryan has earlier told Pfeifer that Reese has a crush on her so Pfeifer and Reese go outside the theater in the hallway to discuss about it while Ryan and Cassidy start to clean the set because Pfeifer could've seen the stage wrecked. (Though she didn't) Cassidy starts to panic and insists leaving the place, they try to leave the theater they find all exit doors locked and all others too, so they start to look for a way out. Always when one is left alone will be hanged by Charlie. Almost at the end of the movie we will learn about a huge shocker reveal. (But gonna spoil it) Later we see police officers going into Pfeifer's  house only to find her and her mother in her room. They're both crazy af they literally just sit on the bed while a cop points a gun at then, and obviously Charlie kills the cops.
